To present a unique perspective of leadership that will develop a strong sense of self-worth, personal value, character and integrity which will lead each person to discover their unique gifts, talents, and abilities.

The purpose of the conference is to launch an introduction of the proposed International Leadership Institute.  

The institute will supplement and support other leadership initiatives being developed in the State of New Jersey.  This training facility will provide an atmosphere of excellence while focusing on the development of leaders.  

Leaders will learn, through identification of personal values and principles, how to discover and identify their true purpose and potential.
